Requirements:

Build AQF level 2 and 3 qualifications in Moodle LMS, including short courses and skillsets. Design the visual layout and structure of LMS pages, in line with organisation's brand and guidelines. Upload, format and proofread all learning information, resources, and support guides. Create new graphics where required.

Configure all technical requirements for each qualification, ensuring work is ready for publish.


Process:

Worked in collaboration to build various qualifications on the Moodle LMS, setting up content for units of competencies and assessments, creating and uploading module SCORM packages, and configuration of technical requirements.

Source/edited course banner and dashboard images and placed them in the InDesign template.

Editing unit banner images using InDesign template.

Design 'learning pathway' layouts and make a template following brand guidelines.


Worked in collaboration to create the lesson banner images using the provided template.

Used Illustrator to design new layouts for 'learning pathway', information. Sourced/edited images and designed layout template in Illustrator.

Requirements:

Configure course set up in the Moodle LMS with number of weeks as required. Use the LMS settings to configure access for students and trainers, create progress blocks and gradebooks. Format all content and assessment tasks and upload SCORM files.

Requirements:

Input and format all assessment tasks in the Moodle LMS using the provided content in the Marking Guide. Create/edit background colour, make text formatting by adjusting the HTMS/CSS code. Set up all tutor assist audio files, tag each assessment question, and add other activities for tracking completion.

Requirements:

In the Matrix LMS, review/update the setup of units, and text formatting. Create all technical and gamification settings. Proofread and finalise all set up. Publish each course.


Reviewed unit's sections pages, structure and information. Updated formatting of text in the unit's section pages: Welcome pages, assessment overview pages, assessment task pages and marking guide pages.


Worked on setting up all technical requirements, setting up game levels, badges and unit completion notifications to students. Published each qualification.
