Requirements:

Create visually polished engaging and interactive module in Articulate Rise, as per client requirements, in line with their organisational branding. Avoid text heavy paragraphs, instead focus on creating interactive engagement throughout.


Process:

Worked in collaboration with a team member. Sourced multiple stock images and illustrations. Created various graphics in Illustrator and Canva, used brand colour and design elements to polish layout. Created a video in Canva to break up the use of text.


Solution:

Interactive module that uses moving banners, gifs and images, including interactive scenarios. Information is broken down into bite size chunks and presented in logical hierarchy. Most text is set in interactive blocks with consistent formatting applied throughout.

Design eLearning modules for Cert III Information Technology qualification in Articulate Rise. Presentation must be clear, engaging and visually appealing following organisational brand and language formatting guidelines. Include short interactive quiz based on the module content.


Process:

Reviewed content in the MS Word version. Made updates to content formatting: clear sections, headings, subheadings, paragraph styles.

Added accessible ALT+ text description to images, tables, and non-text elements, before designing the content in Articulate Rise.

Sourced/edited images in Photoshop and used brand colours and visual elements for content layout. Emphasised key information using statement blocks and an offset colour.

Proof-read all content. Finalised modules by creating SCORM packages as per requirements.

3. Create student training for navigating the Matrix LMS. Explain step by step processes, taking screenshots where necessary.


Process:

Took excessive number of screenshots showcasing the processes required for setting up qualifications in Moodle/Matrix LMS platforms. Explained step by step processes carefully. Used the relevant technical terminology.
